(August 5, 2020, 10:43 am)Im the kind of guy who almost had back surgery instead of physical therapy, becuase "hey Im a man-I know how to stretch!"
My issue was I was doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week at age 49 and was'nt loosing weight. Krissi convinced me that I wasnt taking in enough calories?????? especially after my workout, I needed to refuel then. I needed protein or a meal. Its working and I dont feel like a nap after working out. Thanks Krissi! -

Conveniently located, flexible hours, and they focus on you and treat you like a person. Definitely NOT your typical gym mentality.
