I’m a frequent flier at Brad’s Pools. I have purchased a pool a couple of years ago and recently came back for a spa/hot tub. The hot tub is BY FAR the best money I’ve ever spent!!! I purchased a Vector spa by Marquis and it’s absolutely perfect! The jets along with LED lights make the perfect ending to any day. Brad and Connie Fuller, along with office manager, Whitny, always take care of me with answers to my questions. I drive 30 minutes to buy supplies and keep the business local. Thank you for doing business right. 🥰

Very nice and professional place. I had help the entire time to help me with my needs. Safety measures in place, such as required masks, to ensure safety while Covid-19 is happening.

I was in need of a pool float to accommodate my summer pool runs. A friend of mine worked at brads and referred me to go there. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with open arms. I was helped by a man named Gabe Hallmark who helped me and showed me where everything was. I highly recommend asking for him when you arrive. I ended buying a duck float at brads that was big and cheaper then what you can get at the big name brand stores. I highly recommend this place.

I really appreciate this crew. They are always super for left and attentive as soon as I walk in the door Additionally, they are super patient to answer our questions and take the time necessary for me to make an informed decision. They also never try to unnecessarily up sell us but simply make the most practical recommendation for us.

If your looking for a hot tub or Big Green Egg look no further. Connie and her staff are truly amazing and are very knowledgeable. The showroom is laid out perfectly and has a huge selection of Green Egg accessories. The prices are cheaper than any other place in the Birmingham area trust me I’ve checked. I’ve sent several of my buddies to buy Green Eggs from Connie and they bragged on the customer service they got. Make sure you check out their 75% off grilling section before you check out it’s my favorite. Keep up the great work guys.
