  I’ve been at WOTOWN for a little over 2 years now. I never saw myself joining a CrossFit gym, but I was tired of going to regular gyms and doing good for a month or two and slowly just stop going . The thing I liked about WOTOWN was, that I never had to come up with a workout my on. Each day there is a new workout already prepared for you. The coaches are great at WOTOWN, they are well trained and easy to work with. They can help you if you are a beginner like me or if you have been doing CrossFit for 10 years. The best thing about WOTOWN is the atmosphere. It feels like you’re with family each time you workout, no matter what class you attend or what coach is coaching. Joining WOTOWN was the best decision I could have made for my health and fitness. 1,2,3 WOTOWN, 4,5,6 Family!!

  As a mom of 3 littles, it was important to me to have a place that I could exercise but also accommodate my kids. This is just the place! I can bring them with me and show them the importance of fitness in life but also get my workout! Not to mention, everyone is so welcoming and kind. They truly are like family. You won’t find a better environment in the North Jefferson area.

  CrossFit Wotown is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The coaches are great and are always there to suggest modifications if you aren't comfortable doing a part of any of the workouts. I am not only physically stronger after 10 months at CrossFit Wotown but I am also mentally stronger.

  This has been a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough about the wonderful coaches and members of this gym! They have all been very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. The best gym hands down I’ve ever been too!

  I was nervous and skeptical about joining WOTOWN. Because of my age, (and tiny muscles), I didn’t think I could do the workouts. However, with a little encouragement I decided to give it a shot. I still have a lot to learn, but every single person I have encountered and every coach I have met, has been so helpful, patient, kind and encouraging. With their guidance not only am I learning all the terms and moves, but I’m also learning I can do more than I thought I could. If I can do this, anyone can.
