“They really pay attention to detail. They're not a 10 minute quick oil change, not saying that it don't take 10 minutes, but people get happy thinking that it only takes 10 minutes to do an oil change, but what it goes through my mind is, are they going to forget to put the cap on because they're in such a rush or are they going to not check my tire pressures, are they not going to be able to tell me what else is wrong with the car because they're too much in a hurry trying to get you out in the next one end, which is I guess good if you want to make the money, however I care more about my car than I do about their income. So with that being said, they take really really detailed special time and make sure that it's correct and it's right. More than that, I stopped at a 10 minute oil change, it was going to be $95, it's my mom's car and she didn't want to pay that. So, I waited all weekend so I can go back to Crane's automotive, Crane's fast lube... I had a tire plugged cuz it had a nail in it. I had oil change. The topped off all my stuff, checked every tire, and not just check it, but they put the bubbly stuff on the tires to make sure no tire had a nail in it, and it was $60. So I save $35, they did four times the amount of work, that made me feel like a customer. Don't know if you've ever tried to use anybody else, however you don't want to use anybody else when you go here. They are the best spot in all of Jefferson county, hands down!”
