“Derrick saved me from a growing bill from Frieghtliner shop. Freightliner had quoted me 2400.00 to fix an issue of loss of boost I had with them already for 2 weeks and already out of 4100.00 and same problem. I called Derrick for advise, explained everything of my issue and what I was being told at freightliner. He had the patience to hear me out and the knowledge to pinpoint my root cause. So I bought the part he told me would fix my issue and he came out to the FlyingJ to replace it. Less then an hour my truck was running and I was confident I would not have the issue again. Without a doubt his work did the job. Ive pickup my first load in two weeks and heading home finally. I wish I had gone to him first. I would have made it home for Mother's Day and I would have been making money instead of giving it to those crooks at Freightliner. I hope this review keeps others from making the error I made in taking my truck to Freightliner... just call Derrick... and get rolling making money and back home to your family.”

“I've been going to this shop for a few years now and I've gotten everything done from fixing a harmonic balancer on an Acura RSX-S, getting new tires for an Integra, to getting a fully custom welded catback exhaust system for my Infiniti Q50. Johnny is an awesome service manager that will talk to you about everything on your car as if you are just as knowledgeable as their very skilled mechanics. Mark does amazing work all around, but more specifically I have been overwhelmingly impressed with his welds and fabrication when it comes to getting exhaust work done. I actually walked in with a picture I drew of how I wanted my custom exhaust system to be and they made it exactly how I wanted it, even with a slightly improved setup over my sketch-up; so - if you can dream of an exhaust setup, they can and will build it. I'm a bit of a DIY car guy myself and these guys take care of the work that I don't have time to do or lack knowledge to do. With that being said, everytime I take my car to a shop, the first thing is do is double check all the work I had done and I'm always impressed with the work Economy auto care center does - and I definitely can't say that about any other auto shop I've been to in the RVA area. I could go on and write a much longer review about this place and how superior it is compared to other local shops I've been to, but; bottom line is - go to Econony Auto Care Center if you want fast, affordable and reliable work done and if you want to get the job done right the first time.
