Wish I had known about Dr Cool sooner and gotten surgery earlier. I could have been spared a lot of pain.with the help from God, and surgery I'm 71 years old, and feel better than i have in about 21/2 to 3 years.”

Unfortunately in this day and age there are a lot of individuals that Are sent in for drug screens that aren’t on the up and up. The collectors are well trained to spot certain red flags and employers sending candidates in for drug screens can be rest assured they are getting good quality honest people. With this being a medical clinic for patient care we do our best to get everyone in a timely manner. When several show up at the same time it does create a wait time. Expect to wait 15 mins to be pulled back anyway. We do not allow door to collection area collections. If your specimen is an abnormal color or temperature you will be asked to hydrate and recollect. Those are the DOT guidelines. We understand everyone has a bad day but please remember we are people too.”
