When we called to check in they said it would be 15 minutes and it ended up being more like 35 minutes before they started on my kids cuts. I have boys and usually do it myself but wanted to give myself a Mother's Day gift of not having to cut their hair... haha, anyway, one of my sons haircuts was very unflattering in the front so I asked her to cut a bit more and shape it and she was very friendly and did it without a problem. I probably wouldn't go here again.”
