Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also had a party in "The Wherehouse" rental space. It's a beautiful, versatile room that accommodated our dance party extremely well. It's clean, modern, and the staff do a great job of decorating for the party. “We had a chimney sweep come and inspect our chimney, they told us we needed to replace the chimney cap and our wood around the chimney was rotting. For just replacing the metal cap they estimated $2500, so we shopped around. I ended up calling Austermiller, they came out and gave me a much better estimate to get everything we needed done. They then came and did the repairs yesterday (Friday) and worked tirelessly from 930AM until I believe it was just after 6:00pm and it looks absolutely fantastic. I will be calling them again for some more things that I have been unfortunately putting off for too long around the house. If I could give them more stars I would, 100 percent. Also it helps that they are kind and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Anything you need done around your house I highly suggest giving them a call. Top notch work at a great price.”

“I would like to commend Tomas Christens on the work he has done for us recently. We first met Tomas several months ago when he solved a problem with our DVD player. At the time he was professional and found the best and most efficient solution. At that meeting we also discussed how to mount our deck television and solve the reception problems. This past Tuesday he worked diligently to mount the television and arranged for an electrician to help us figure the most efficient way to get power. He worked for about four hours and even took the time to help me hard wire my computer to the internet. I simply mentioned this to him and he solved the problem. He had to wait for a long time on the electrician but was very patient and professional. Tomas is a credit to your company and I have recommended Switch to several people based on the work he did. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.”

They are the nicest of any of the Dollar General Stores locally around in my opinion. I just hope they get the couple of employees there some help soon!
