“I have been a customer of Freedom Heating & Cooling for four years. They do semi-annual inspections of my systems, including cleaning and maintenance. During the four years they have also redone the duct work for my system and replaced the A/C unit and the furnace. I have rarely had the same technician two times in a row. I don't know why that is, whether they have a lot of turnover or if they have so many techs the same ones rarely return to a given site. I have recently been especially pleased with the service of D.J. My latest technician, Cedric Carter, did exceptional work. He was congenial, efficient, and returned everything to its proper place. I hope he comes again.”

“I called Brad when I had water pouring from my basement ceiling and had no idea where it was coming from. He came over that day and determined that my pipe behind my kitchen sink had completely eroded away (partly my fault for pouring Drano trying to unclog it). He worked late ensuring the job got done and at a price I could afford. Great service and great work. Haven't had a problem since.”

“Reliable Septic Services is great. We had a problem with our main line clogged up. A plumber told us the issue was with the septic. The preliminary comments were that we likely had bad field lines and the tank was full. The prospect was worst case. We called a number of septic places and Reliable was able to come out on very short notice. It starts out great- An older woman (later was told it was 'Grandma') said she was praying for it to be the main line and not the field lines. The guys came out and told us there was nothing wrong with the septic tank or the field lines, but the main line was clogged (as we originally thought). They were able to clear the clog from the septic side. They said they did not need to pump the tank. They could have easily pumped it and charged me $300+ They ended up charging me $85 (driving from Mt. Olive to Pelham in that big truck, two guys spending 30+ minutes digging up the tank lid. I would have cost me more to have the main pipe rooted than what they charged. Unbelievable customer service. Use these guys!”

Our both our heat and air went out at the same time this Winter, and having Lupus and Raynaud's disease (causes some areas of my body such as your fingers and toes to feel numb and cold in the slightest of cool environments), it became very uncomfortable very fast. Having been in customer service for over 25yrs, I consider customer service experience a "deal" or "deal-breaker" from the moment a representative greets me. A representative (Chris) arrived early the next morning, and with a smile no less! He was very knowledgeable about various products, professional (masked and wearing shoe covers), patient and caring about our situation. He assured me that Stability Mechanical would exhaust every option to assist us, and that's just what they did! Not only did he and "Kam" (in office rep) work hard together to get us financed, but the actual owner briefly joined them on the phone and encouraged them to work with our budget to at least get the "heat" working. It was then, that I knew we had the best of Birmingham! But, that was not all. They were able to get us financed for and entire new HVAC Unit within our budget! Daniel and Drew were both very pleasant and very knowledgeable, as they answered every question I had. Together they installed a new HVAC unit in our home on Friday. Based on my experience with Stability Mechanical, the above ratings are accurate! Thank you (Chris, Kam, Daniel, Drew, Turk and of course Joe).”

His helper worked well with him, and together they completed a big job in a reasonable amount of time. They re-wired fluorescent fixtures to take LED bulbs, a total of 38 bulbs. The price was reasonable for the quantity and quality of the work. I would recommend this team highly.”
