Although my unit is older, they don’t try to sell me parts I don't need. I trust them. And Big Number 1 is literally the best MANAGED small business I've ever been in. Each area is clearly its own profit center, the phones get answered before one ring, and consistent follow up with outgoing phone calls happen regularly. And I get the feeling that the owner rewards individual performance with higher pay. That's a reward and accountability system intertwined. Even though I had an appointment it did take longer than expected, but I know they were busy and working hard so it didn't bother me. My tire didn't arrive on time and there were a few bumps with getting the tire on in a timely manner, but overall, Juliano made it right and I am very happy with their service. I will be back.”
