“This was the first time I visited this salon. I was excited that I could finally get my hair cut after the salons being closed for over a month. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and all the staff was very nice. My appointment was made with Stephanie. She made sure the entire time that I was satisfied with my cut. She even told me not to hesitate to come back if I needed a little bit more cut. Currently she was not able to wash or blow dry my hair but she put some product in it so it would dry frizz free. She also did my eyebrows and they look fantastic. I like that they use the hard wax it doesn’t leave my skin as red. I will definitely be going back to see Stephanie and I recommended her to my step-mom.”

No where I've been before. Will they actually show you what they worked on. Broken parts.. Etc. If you want a step by step explanation. They will walk you through it. I have brought my family members, friends, random people I've seen broken down on the road. And not one person I have sent here or me personally have ever had a complaint or worry about my property. 18/10. Don't waste your time looking for another mechanic. “Absolute lifesavers. I was travelling through Birmingham on the evening before Labor Day and blew a tire a few miles from this Pep Boys. I got myself and my car there just a few minutes before 5:00pm when they closed. By all rights, they could have closed and put me off till the next morning, leaving me hours from home in a tight spot. Instead they went above and beyond. Brian and Bray stayed almost an hour after closing making sure my tire was replaced and I was safe to get back on the road. Bray, the mechanic, did an especially thorough job, not just replacing my tire and sending me off so they could start their holiday - he took the time to point out even minor issues that I should check out when I got back home. Polite and professional, I cannot recommend or thank them enough.”

“As a retired pharmacist, I understand your frustration. I used to get frustrated too. The pharmacy is always a skeleton crew. When you have a person at a drive through, that means that two techs are on cash registers and neither is helping you. By law, one pharmacist can only have two techs, three if one is certified. Most pharmacists hate the drive thru. It means you're not getting any help at all. Even if you have a dedicated cashier, that tech at the drive thru is your tech help.That means they're not answering the phone and not helping you fill prescriptions. My mentor told me that it was better to be slow and take your time filling a prescription than be wrong. The best times to call are about 11am, 3pm or anytime after 7pm. Never call before 11am. You should expect at least a two hour wait time after calling in your prescription, no matter what that computer tells you. If you can wait until the next day, that is awesome. It means your prescription can be filled at an off peak time. If you use the chat function, rather than call, you'll get an immediately response.”
