(The driver had already been to Autozone and sold a set of plugs for a single cylinder misfire on a 40k vehicle. I know a bit about this stuff, and knew that was a parts seller guess and NOT an accurate diagnosis.) Nathan at Accel communicated well on the phone, diagnosed an intermittent issue with a coil, and implemented a solution that was cost effective and solved the problem. Great experience!”
