“Took my daughter, 5 years old, to the Claire’s in the Bessemer Walmart to get her ears pierced yesterday, 1/16/21. The young girl doing the piercing and the only one working in the Claire’s at the time was AMAZING! You could not ask for a better young lady to work with. She was so kind and understanding with our very nervous daughter as it was her first time getting her ears pierced. So the thought of needles scared her. She thoroughly explained everything to her and was so determined to make sure that the piercings were going to be even. On top of all of that, she worked diligently to checkout other customers who were buying stuff and waiting in line to checkout. When I figure out her name, I will post it so others can recognize her. This woman NEEDS a raise. She deserves it!”
