Brittany, who appeared to be a young lady (mid-20s), assisted me. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the types of paint...i.e. flat, semi-gloss, etc. She helped me match my paint perfectly. While I waited for my paint to be mixed, I watched her assist other customers. Brittany's ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking demonstrated her exemplary customer service skills. Sorry Home Depot but Brittany turned my heart and $$ to Lowe's.”
