On the sale start date I had 2 full price offers. Eddy handled everything. What an easy transaction for me. On the repurchase, Eddy knew the area that I wanted to buy in. He actually found me the perfect house that had not even posted a for sale sign yet. The house was presented as a for sale by owner. That didn't matter to Eddy. He still arranged a showing and prepared the offer contract for me and did all the things a listing agent would do associated with a buyer client. In fact he even stayed on top of things with the seller to make sure things he was contractually obligated to do were handled properly. Great job by Eddy and his staff at Expert Realty.”

“I am totally amazed! A few months ago, I thought I would have to quit driving soon, and possibly stop working because my vision was deteriorating so rapidly. I called everyone I could think of, including the Eye Foundation, to ask what to do. Then I came to see you, which I mentioned I had an appointment with when talking with the Eye Foundation. They said , “You are going to the right doctor to get help!” Now, after 3 what seemed like simple procedures (I know they were not), I can see almost 20/20 at all but close up! I no longer need glasses except for close up reading. I have worn glasses for 55 years! Thank you so very much! I don’t understand what you did. I do know I am so blessed to have found you!
