These guys customer service was great. I was in and out in an hour and that includes them having to order a new part for my AC. I didn’t feel like they were trying to break my pockets. They gave me a really good price for the part & labor.

My AC wasn't working on the first day of Alabama/Georgia heat. I called Mercedes of Columbus and they were booked for the next 2 1/2 weeks. I Googled places near my job and found this gem! I spoke to Mike, and he assured me if I came he could look at and tell me what the problem was. I must admit I was super nervous but his reviews were good. Let me tell you...not only was he fast but he was so friendly. I can't remember the young man that was working with him but they both were great. My AC was blowing artic air in minutes. Hands down I would recommend him and would go again if I needed him.
