I recently had to have my gallbladder removed and saw Dr Love in this practice. He was amazing. He explained everything in detail and reassured me that he would take great care of me....and he did! He was very compassionate and professional. He is very intelligent and has a special gift . I will recommend him to everyone. Its hard to please a registered nurse of 20+ years but he did it!! Thank you Dr Love for taking care of me and making me feel so comfortable.

I was traveling through Alabama and ended up in an Emergency Room where I was diagnosed with a Peterson hernia. The ER called dr sherer to do my emergency surgery he was fantastic, skilled and extremely compassionate I have nothing but high praise for him thank you so much dr sherer

Dr. Sherer himself is wonderful. This is a warning before you agree to have anything done at Shelby Ambulatory Center. Dr. Sherer said I should not have been charged a copay at both the hospital and the ambulatory center, but they both charged me a $150 copay. The center and the hospital will not work together to resolve this issue. The hospital even agreed after the procedure and issued me a refund. Now they have re-billed the $150 and sent it to a collection agency. This was for a sentinel node biopsy. The dye was injected in the hospital section and the surgery was performed in the ambulatory center.

Dr Sherer did my gallbladder surgery, he was great and every thing went great with my surgery. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Sherer is the best doctor we have ever seen. He saved my mom's life twice, is compassionate, caring and also very straightforward. We can't thank him enough for all he's done for our family. And yet he gives all the glory to God. We have already recommended him to people we know. The BEST!!!
