I had been with my previous insurance agency for over 25 years and was not planning to make any changes, as I had not had any previous problems. However, after discussing my policy and coverage and reviewing details as they specifically pertained to my needs, I realized that was underinsured in liability limits and needed additional coverage. I am now protected for all worst case scenarios. Made the change that day and also saved money! Highly recommend.
