I came to Crossfit Alabaster after having 2 kids in 2 years hoping to get more physically fit. Not only did I get in the best shape of my life, but I found a group of people who genuinely care about me as both an individual and an athlete. The coaches are awesome and work very hard to help each person meet their goals. You are pretty much guaranteed to make a friend at this box!
CrossFit Alabaster is a fantastic gym. Management and coaching are beyond superior, and they also care about you and your fitness journey. From the moment I walked in I felted welcomed and like I belonged.
Crossfit Sky Soldiers is a solid gym where both beginners and experienced people can come in and quickly get results. The coaches, Chris and Michele, are friendly and approachable. If you need help, they are eager to teach and will increase your confidence to do things you never thought possible.
A safe family atmosphere is promoted. People that attend classes are encouraging, inclusive, and fun to be around. Come see for yourself! :)
