Panda Express

My husband stopped here the other night because our power was out (wind storm) and bought $50+ worth of food. They placed it all in a box and when he came home, the bottom fell out and it landed on the sidewalk. I have to say, they get 5 stars for replacing the entire meal without any issues. I do have some complaints about the food, however. There were three different main course dishes. Shrimp, beef and chicken. The chicken dish had such a weird smell, I couldn't bare to eat it. The beef was "ok" and the shrimp was delicious. The rice, both the white and the fried, may as well have been raw. Also, I get that the cost of ingredients have gone up but the meat was so sparingly in these meals, it was a shame. Also, there were so many red peppers (the sweet ones) in each dish, just to make up for the lack of meat, I think. And why add a few mini stalks of broccoli if you're going to add so few?? The chicken smell stayed in the house all night and the next day. It was gross. I did enjoy the shrimp though. And, the customer service was spot on.
