He helped us purchase our home in February 2020 and he to this day continues to treat us like friends/family! He never tried to pressure us into a sell or make us feel as though he had an agenda. He listened to what we wanted and presented us with the best options available. He was always available and never made us feel as though our questions were a nuisance. I would recommend Kyle 10/10 times to not only my friends but also to my family!

I came to the SEC Baseball tournament, and my son said to look at the Signature homes being built close to the Hoover Met.
I drove up the hill on Langston Ford Drive.
I particularly liked 2 completed houses.
Kyle came up to me asking if I needed help.
I replied yes, so he unlocked the doors of the 2 houses I liked. I really liked the house I now own.
Kyle did not pressure me to buy. To make sure of my decision I did more looking.
I came back several times and the middle of June told Kyle I wanted to buy the house.
I moved in July 1. I love my house. Kyle checks on me to see if I need anything.
I’m so glad I made this decision. -
