  Carin Charles and her team were fantastic. I would use Carin for all of my real estate transactions. She helped me and my family purchase a home in Hoover when we moved in 2014 and she was with us every step of the way when we sold it in 2019.
  As a buyer's agent she provided expert guidance on the area and real estate market. She also provided expert recommendations on making offers and negotiating with the seller. She helped us secure a home in a relatively short timeline and manage a closing with difficult sellers. We were even able to negotiate a new roof with the seller because of Carin's expertise and contacts within the area.
  As a selling agent she was with us providing guidance on prepping the home well before we put it on the market. She was able to guide us on improvements and repairs that would be needed in the home prior to placing the home for sale. Additionally, through her and her agency we were able to secure fantastic photos of the home and expert advertising in MLS, typical real estate web sites and an enhanced social media campaign. We were able to get the home under contract quickly and sold with absolutely no hiccups.
  Carin and her team are top notch and I would recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

  We cannot say enough great things about Carin Charles and the Mega Agent team. Carin did a fabulous job in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. We were very particular in what we were looking for while staying within a budget. Carin was very diligent in her search and asked to show us one house in particular she thought might be of interest to us the day it became active on the market. It had everything we were looking for, plus more! We were able to give an offer that same evening and that house became our new home due to Carin being on top of her game!
  
  Carin remained very positive and professional during the whole process, one which can be very stressful at times. She sacrificed time from her family to accommodate our work schedules in showing us homes in the evenings and took the initiative of making arrangements of anything that needed to be taken care of prior to closing and even afterwards! It was such a smooth transaction! A bonus - she has some great contacts for odd and end projects!   I had a great experience. I was actually surprised my home sold that fast and for a good price. Collier was great. He kept me posted, was personable and professional. They take quality pictures and I believe this helped market the home well. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the whole team. Thanks all!!
