  Today was incredibly refreshing. Russell who is the owner actually comes out and is the one doing the work . He has over 20 years of experience and was very thorough. I loved it. None of that changed anything in how he worked and how detailed he was . They stayed at our house several hours , and made sure everything was complete and done to a standard of excellence. Anyone reading this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND United works termite and pest control for any of your needs. We specifically got the termite bond and are doing a yearly contract to ensure our property is protected. Please look no further if your desiring you get this done , you won’t find anyone better and more personable then these folks . Also the front office was incredible on my initial call and setting up the appointment was prompt. From start to finish was absolutely an amazing experience and I am very thankful for the work that was done today . God bless y’all !

  I’ve been using United Works for a couple years now and the experience has been nothing but positive! Like all businesses, staffing one can be the most challenging aspect but Russell has always been excellent to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and fair. The United Works employees have been wonderful to work… are also very professional, knowledgeable and treated my home like it was theirs. I really appreciated how careful they were when drilling and placing the treatment. I’d definitely recommend them and will with my neighbors. Keep up the great work!

  Russel, the owner has been incredible. He has come to our home personally to assist with multiple pest control needs. Great with communication and follow-through. I really appreciate his intentionality with his customers and his responsiveness. Highly recommend to anyone!
