Kim and Megan are not only the kindest, most friendly people you’ll ever meet, but they are so fantastic with ALL dogs, no matter their specific needs. They take time to know their customers... both human and dogs. Kim constantly goes out of her way for people... from helping me get my 80lb staffy into the tub to helping me work through social anxieties with my 6 month old rescue. “I could write a book about this place and not even begin explain just how much of a blessing they are. About two months before we moved to Huntsville last year we stopped by here and found some incredible plants. We've already gotten most of our plants this season from local nurseries and the main thing I noticed were high prices and puny plants. My wife's mother passed and we were in town for the funeral and decided to get our favorite Italian food just down the road and my wife wanted to stop by Secret Garden just to breathe and enjoy the peace of such a beautiful nursery. We found extremely healthy plants at anywhere from half to a quarter the price that we paid at other nurseries. We picked out a few, and had a conversation with Hector that truly lifted both our spirits. A very nice young lady helped us find a few things and when we checked out she gave us two grocery bags of beautiful produce as a blessing. What they had no way of knowing was that every time we left the house, my wife's mom would ask us to bring back some "interesting produce." We both cried when we opened the bags. Secret Garden is the best spot for plants, period. Just don't question that and go. But it's way beyond a simple nursery/landscape shop - it's a garden that heals your soul, and it's staffed completely by angels on earth.”

“Recently bought a new to me Jeep TJ. I couldn’t even drive it home (15 mins away from place of purchase) due to death wobble, loose steering wore out track bar and a laundry list of other issues. I had little to no hope for getting the vehicle street worthy and planned on just keeping it as a dedicated trailer rig. I called Elite and spoke with Josh over the phone, he said they can get it fixed up and back on the road. They absolutely blew my expectations with the work put in on my jeep. They replaced all heim joints on the steering and track bar as well as completed a full inspection on the vehicle torque checking all nuts and bolts under the vehicle my peace of mind. They even found a few more issues that were fixed in shop for safety reasons on this inspection. The whole process was seamless from drop off to pickup. Communication was top notch on any issue they ran into along the way. I will absolutely be returning to get my truck leveled with wheels and tires in the near future. Ordered new tires here, and they were in the next day. I came in Saturday morning, and Jeff who runs the EO location was so kind and respectful. Jeff even called after I had left to check in with me and see how my experience was. They were very efficient and put the tires on in a timely manner (roughly 30 min). I am due for an oil change in the near future, and I look forward to visiting this location again.”
