Their system was organized & sent daily text messages leading up the appointment (day & time reminders), which is super helpful when you have so many other things going on during a move. They were very communicative day-off, as well, so we knew exactly when to meet them. The carpets look amazing after the job, & the entire house (which is half carpet/half hardwood) smells incredible! Definitely recommend!

Max Care Pro Carpet and Tile did a stellar job last week when they serviced (2) area rugs and our upstairs carpet! Godfrey and Russell arrived on time, in fact early for our appointment, and took time to walk through the house to determine the areas that needed servicing with me to ensure we were on the same page. Next, Godfrey and Russell quickly got to work and began servicing all needed areas. They worked both quickly and efficiently, and after their service the carpets looked and smelled clean and new! Their system to pay was also time efficient and hassle free, as we were able to easily pay with their portable card reader. In addition, Godfrey came prepared with a printed receipt and emailed a copy as well for our records. Our appointment concluded with Godfrey providing two chocolate chip cookies thanking us for being a customer! I don't know about you, but I feel that GREAT service AND delicious cookies is surely a powerful duo!!! We highly recommend Max Care Pro Carpet and Tile - you will not be disappointed!

I have used MaxCARE for years and I am always amazed at how they can revive my carpet. I love that the owner (Godfrey) and his longtime manager (Russell) personally come to your home and are the ones doing the cleaning. They really care about customer satisfaction and take their time doing each step right. We recently put our house up for sale and called MaxCARE to schedule a whole house carpet cleaning. Our 16 year old carpet looked so bright and clean that, I kid you not, one person told the agent showing the house that they were surprised we did not mention in the MLS listing that we had recently replaced the carpet. WOW!! I highly recommend this company!! Their prices are hard to beat and if you find anything lower, you'll probably get what you pay for. They are always on time and extremely professional because again, you are only dealing with the owner and he cares about his business and his reputation. They take their time and make sure they go over stains and high traffic areas more than once. They also gave us chocolate chip cookies when they were finished! Now I know this has nothing to do with cleaning the carpet, but it is a really nice touch and they were so delicious!! Thank you Godfrey and Russell for always doing such a great job cleaning our carpet! We will be using MaxCARE for all our carpet cleaning in our new home.

Max Care Pro cleaned our Living Room carpet and the tile in our Kitchen and Hearth room. The results were amazing. Grape cranberry stain came out of the carpet and the grout & tiles look like they did when we first moved in. Godfrey & Russell are an phenomenal team and get things done quickly and are very professional. They have been our go-to carpet and tile cleaners for the last 20 years. We HIGHLY recommend them.
