(March 23, 2022, 12:24 pm)You could tell that they had a rough day. I was wanting fried chicken, I think Jack's has good fried chicken. But due to some problems they were basically out, just a few pieces left. The manager on-duty made every effort to accommodate my order and everyone was very nice in helping out.

(November 14, 2021, 3:43 pm)I have had a few problems in the past with this location but nobody is perfect . I eat there a lot and for the last month this place has really done a great job .. Best bone in chicken I have ate in a long time coming from a fast food restaurant.. we all have good days and bad days but tomorrow will be a new day !! Keep up the good work guys & gals this ole country boy like ya cook in’ !!
