  Everyone at Southern Heritage was beyond thoughtful and gracious and kind. It made it easier to handle a difficult time. The only thing I didn’t understand is why it took so long for them to ask for a copy of my drivers license for the death certificates when they had already gotten one. I may be incorrect but it seems like it’s taking a long time to get them.

  Outstanding Service. My family chooses a graveside service due to COVID-19. Doug and Byron came out and did a fantastic job. We appreciated the kind words that Byron spoke at the end; the family appreciated that very much. I reached out to Doug yesterday by phone to tell him how much we appreciated everything. On behalf of the family, Thank You All.

  Amazing staff that made everything as painless as possible. It's a rare thing today to see the level of professionalism that was shown in everything they did. Thankful for the service I received.

  There are not enough stars to fully express our gratitude. We are truly amazed with Southern Heritage Funeral Home and their generosity. Misty went above and beyond to make this whole process as smooth as possible. The service was breathtakingly beautiful - the flowers, the decorations and especially all the little personal touches she added just for our son. We have no idea how she managed to put it all together on such short notice in the midst of all this corona hysteria, but she did, and it was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. I truly appreciate the comfort, kindness, and detail she has given us during the funeral service all the way to the cremation.

  My husband passed away and he had made no arrangements at all. He did not like to attend funerals or even talk about death. Southern Heritage, Pelham, Alabama was AMAZING! The director, sales staff, and all other associates were kind, empathetic, compassionate and helped us navigate the process. I highly recommend using Southern Heritage. In conclusion, I went back and made my funeral arrangements so the process would be easier for our two children when I pass. Thank you to everyone that helped with the service.
