Joseph reached out to me about some changes to my policy on my car and if I had any questions. He explained the changes in clear detail and why they were changing. Then we talked about my other coverages and he explained those as well as I had never really looked at them. He was patient and went through all my other questions and I came out more informed than before. Highly recommended him and his team.
