    Need to be able to give them 10 stars. Jamie offered me several options that saved me several hundred dollars. He was willing to take his time with me and answer all my questions. Both on the phone and when I came to the shop. Great customer service and advice.

    There was a mix up on when the faucet would be delivered. Michelle called and made sure we got our product in time to get everything completed. We had a great experience and truly appreciate them going above and beyond.

    We had a wonderful experience with our bathroom renovations with V & W in Pelham! Michelle was outstanding throughout the whole process, sharing her knowledge about fixtures, researching to find the perfect tub, and helping us find alternate items as issues came up in the middle of our project. She was always there to help, even staying late to help us scramble when we needed to find an alternate plumbing fixture. Deliveries were on time & professional. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and couldn't be more grateful for Michelle's help and the outstanding service of V & W!
