(October 16, 2020, 7:24 pm)Fantastic customer service and an excellent product. I purchased a 4 gallon case of hand sanitizer. Upon delivery one gallon was damaged which soaked the box and porch where the box was resting. The loss was approximately half a gallon. It appeared to be damaged from a drop or tossing it onto the porch as it was resting on its side. I submitted a claim to FedEx that evening but also let Research Solutions know. It’s been a week and the only response received from FedEx was a generic response that my claim was received. However, the following business day, Victoria with Research Solutions had responded via email and sent an entire replacement case. It arrived intact 2 days later. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
