With many of the vendors, it is possible to get new pieces made with custom alterations and a wide selection of finishes. Furniture from regional vendors are showcased in the showroom, but other furniture can be ordered from major manufacturers. I had no idea I was even a customer of Mr Buggs, until they apparently decided they needed to do a 612 dollar termite service on my home. Did I get a phone call prior to the service? No. Did I give them permission to do the service for the 612 price tag? No. What a business model.. Steer clear. Update** 9/8/2022 Spoke to the office manager of my local branch. She could not have been more helpful and explained that if I wanted to cancel my termite service through Mr Buggs that I would not owe anything on my bill.”
