“I've been a patient of Dr Remillard for over 15 years. I've always been treated with nothing less than kindness and courtesy at his office! Just like any other doctor's office, SOMETIMES they are busier than others. But, I've never had to wait more than 20-25 mins to get called back to see the doctor. And, I have to go to his office every 3-6 months. I do not understand what the situation is with some of these people who have left negative reviews? They must be the type that go to McDonald's right after the breakfast crowd leaves, and then complain because the restroom us not spotless..... My family (my wife, kids, and I), and several of my friends and my neighbors are patients of doctor Remillard. And everyone I know loves him, Joan, and the rest of the staff at Helena Family Med! My wife and I both have referred several people to Dr R, and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about the care they received! Ever!!”

Asking questions and checking things that her previous Dr hadn't. My first visit was the same. When I saw her for anxiety she treated me like a person with a medical condition instead of someone looking for drugs. She listened and gave great advice and gave me the medicine I needed. She wasn't like some doctors who stay in the room with you for maybe 5 minutes. She actually sits down and talks to you. She doesn't make you feel rushed to explain your symptoms. She is amazing and I recommend her to everyone who isn't happy with their Dr.”
