An error made by the manufacturer was spotted and fixed by the store immediately and we were able to pick up her dress on time with enough time to have the dress taken up at a seamstress in Canada. I cannot thank the staff at Millennium Dress enough for all they did to help to get my daughters dress to us. He said something at my initial visit with him that really made me decide it was he that I wanted to do my surgery. He said, "I like doing surgery, but." The "but," was in reference to the procedure I wanted him to preform, with some doubt if the surgery would achieve what I wanted. I really appreciated his honesty. So I agreed, regardless of the outcome, because I didn't like looking my turkey neck. I was more than satisfied. I was so happy to see my new look. I think of him everyday when I look in the mirror. As well as being more than satisfied with his work, I enjoyed his bedside manner. He was fun to get to know. I can't say enough good things about his work and his personality. “If you don't want to read my entire review, know this: go to this salon for an extremely helpful and nice staff that make you feel comfortable and relaxed, along with people who are extremely great at what they do. I called yesterday for an extremely late notice hair appointment. I was luckily able to get one in. Now, I'm going to be completely honest and raw in this review. I'm new to the area, and I was nervous to go to this salon. I'm not exactly the 'typical' type of person to live around here. I have tattoos and piercings. It's about 50/50 where I will walk into an establishment and immediately feel judged and 'beneath' the people who work there. When I arrived, I was soon greeted by my stylist; she was a wiser woman by the name of Laura, and my anxiety started to get slightly worse because I was not only nervous about what I've previously stated, but also because there could potentially be a generational barrier about what type of style I was trying to achieve. Y'all, I couldnt have been more wrong. She was so nice the entire time. When I was fidgeting, I let her know that I have social anxiety, and she told me that it was absolutely no problem, and not to worry. I really believe there are no words that I could put in this review to explain to everyone how truly amazing of a woman she is. She listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted, and more. I previously had an undercut and thought my hair was going to have to be a lot shorter than it turned out. She made me feel beyond comfortable!!! And she was so obviously excited to cut and style my hair! I'm sitting here tearing up just thinking about the experience. She has definitely made me rethink the outlook I should have about entering any establishment in the area, and she has made this crazy mom feel like a whole new woman. I will never be able to thank her enough for the AMAZING cut, and the way she made me feel. I will most definitely continue to support her and this salon. If you have any kind of anxiety, I highly recommend you call and get an appointment with Laura. (Shes even in the back corner of the salon! I know that also helps with anxiety!)”
