    You talked to me for a while then refused to help me, even though I am 10 hours away and had a tight timeline. Had to go to a different realty to reach a deal which split your commission. I do appreciate your reasonableness in negotiating and helping us through the most difficult closing ever (due to my poor choice of lender). You seemed to do a great job of protecting the seller's interest. Thank you for getting us to closing!

    Lovejoy Realty is a really good company. I purchased my land from them & Mr.Lyman Lovejoy has been the best .
