The people are really friendly and helpful.
Your staff are attentive and caring, while remaining efficient and professional.
Everyone is so helpful. People there go over and above to help with our prescription problems.
They know who I am. I walk in and they say hi to me by name. I call in refills and a lot of them recognize my voice. It's very different than when I was using big chain pharmacies.
Great communication with details of meds, great environment too be around people that actually talks too & thank goodness it isn't a robot.Im proud to have them part of my community.thank all y'all 4 ur hard work.
This is my hometown pharmacy and I love that the staff is friendly and kind. I like that I can pick up the phone and have my prescriptions refilled. The drive thru makes it even more convenient. My insurance has asked several times that I use the mail delivered services but I have declined because I don't want to lose my individual attention that I receive at Odenville Drugs.
