  I have been a patient here for many years. Sue Payne is my primary provider, but I have seen Mary Beth Martin and Dr. George Harris at times. They have all taken care of me. Sue listens to her patients and seems to make sure she has heard all of my concerns. She is always pleasant and caring.
  
  The nurses are also friendly, professional and listen carefully.
  
  The technician(s) who take my blood do so quickly and efficiently. I have experienced other places that have to poke around multiple times or call in another tech in to help. But here, they don't seem to have any problem.
  
  I read through some of the reviews here and noticed that some people complain about the front desk. I will admit that I have been frustrated with front desk service in the past, but it was several years ago. The last several times I have been to the office over the last couple of years, everyone is friendly and professional.
  
  I highly recommend the office and I can be hard to please with regard to medical providers.

  Complete Health Springville has been instrumental in my improving my health and well being . I have been a patient for many years and have always had caring and compassionate visits. Sue Payne CRNP is excellent and always listens to my concerns and answers my questions thoughtfully and professionally. I truly appreciate the wonderful care I have received.

  I have used Sue Payne CRNP at the Springville as my PCP for many years. She has always been professional, thorough, and respectful. Over the years she has been there for me through many life events (happy and sad) and I always knew she had my back. I hope she works a few more years as I get older I know I will need her kind and competent care.
  The office nurses are friendly and efficient, always cheerful and helpful.
  The clerical staff is very professional but friendly and kind if I have a problem.
  The office is always clean and orderly. Waiting time is usually minimal and in office paperwork is very limited for the patient.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Harris and his CRNP Sue Payne for well over a decade. They are the sweetest! Their bedside manner is that of a friend and confidante with the medical knowledge that you initially go in seeking. Always kind enough to ask about one's family along with making sure you leave if not knowing what you have at least heading in the right direction. From a case of pneumonia to helping diagnose a duodenal ulcer. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know!

  Say, this place is amazing! The staff are so helpful, professional, and just simply so welcoming. Worship music plays in the waiting room, there’s a table with DELICIOUS SNACKS , and comfortable
  Chairs for the small wait we had. Doctor harris and my son clicked immediately, he’s is such a gracious man. Mary Beth was so welcoming and so was sue! They all seem to work together as an amazing team , and get things done ASAP! Service is great, people are professional, and my son was attended to ASAP! And I’m the best way possible! I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know and more about this place! 😊
