“Our first year college student broke down about an hour outside of Auburn. She was understandably nervous as she sat on the side of the road in the dark and rain. The amazing driver, Jeffery, was very kind. He talked our daughter through the process of trying to get her car going again, having to hook it for tow, and how long the drive would be. He was a comforting force in an unsettling time. They rode almost 2.5 hours to drop her car off and clearly communicated the problems he encountered with the vehicle. We appreciate his kindness, communication and comforting demeanor to our nervous young lady.”
