“I sent a couple dozen assorted cupcakes to my wife’s work place for her birthday today. It was the first time I have used Bert’s Desserts ‘only because I hadn’t heard of them. I found them on the web yesterday and called them with a few questions. Their web site is so good, and their customer service was so nice, I couldn’t wait to place my order today. My wife came in this afternoon and said the cupcakes were so good, moist, beautifully decorated, and so very fresh, it made the day of all that had them. Numerous people said the maple pork medallions were so tender and the best they ever tasted. Everything was presented in a lovely way. She took note of special dietary needs and they were prepared perfectly without additional prompting. The servers were polite and efficient. The thing I was most impressed by (aside from the quality of the food preparation etc) was how under the radar the whole preparation, serving, cleanup etc. was! You never knew when they were in the kitchen or had left the premises. I appreciated that so much because they were quiet, efficient, and drew no attention away from the event.
