“We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.”

“I've been going to this shop for a few years now and I've gotten everything done from fixing a harmonic balancer on an Acura RSX-S, getting new tires for an Integra, to getting a fully custom welded catback exhaust system for my Infiniti Q50. Johnny is an awesome service manager that will talk to you about everything on your car as if you are just as knowledgeable as their very skilled mechanics. Mark does amazing work all around, but more specifically I have been overwhelmingly impressed with his welds and fabrication when it comes to getting exhaust work done. I actually walked in with a picture I drew of how I wanted my custom exhaust system to be and they made it exactly how I wanted it, even with a slightly improved setup over my sketch-up; so - if you can dream of an exhaust setup, they can and will build it. I'm a bit of a DIY car guy myself and these guys take care of the work that I don't have time to do or lack knowledge to do. With that being said, everytime I take my car to a shop, the first thing is do is double check all the work I had done and I'm always impressed with the work Economy auto care center does - and I definitely can't say that about any other auto shop I've been to in the RVA area. I could go on and write a much longer review about this place and how superior it is compared to other local shops I've been to, but; bottom line is - go to Econony Auto Care Center if you want fast, affordable and reliable work done and if you want to get the job done right the first time. “This place is amazing! I have a hino truck that had some electrical issues and I’ve must’ve went to at least 5 other places who kept giving me the runaround. They would leave my truck sitting there for days and not do anything and feed me excuses but Summit Transmission took me right away and already knew what the issue was!! They are very professional and really look out for your best interest! Pricing was extremely reasonable and they fixed my truck with no issues!!! The staff is extremely friendly and the lady that answers the phone is super helpful!! Thank you Summit Transmission! I will definitely be returning for my other trucks if they ever have any issues!! I definitely recommend them and if anyone is anything like me, I live off of reviews!! Kudos to ST!”

“I ordered a John Deere zero-turn from the John Deere website. It was to come from this TriGreen. Brandon went overboard. He made adjustments to make sure we had a machine within the week of the order even though they did not have the exact one we ordered, no additional charge. They communicated often to make sure delivery was at a good time for us. They followed up with us to make sure the equipment was ok. They gave us instructions on type of fuel stabilizer needed. In today's world where you consider it good service if they don't drop the ball, these guys went beyond what we expected. There were a few surprises from what we ordered online (which machine is available and taxes), but the surprises were always in our favor, good surprises. They do need to work out John Deere website transaction and how it works with the store and instructions on registering the warranty. It was all confusing that I was getting different info from John Deere than I was getting from the dealer. But everything ended up great. The communication discrepancies seems to be in the John Deere system instead of the dealer.”
