There ended up being something wrong with the controller ports, so we took it back and the man exchanged it for one that had good controller ports, as well as an emblem on the top, which the other did not have. “We had a chimney sweep come and inspect our chimney, they told us we needed to replace the chimney cap and our wood around the chimney was rotting. For just replacing the metal cap they estimated $2500, so we shopped around. I ended up calling Austermiller, they came out and gave me a much better estimate to get everything we needed done. They then came and did the repairs yesterday (Friday) and worked tirelessly from 930AM until I believe it was just after 6:00pm and it looks absolutely fantastic. I will be calling them again for some more things that I have been unfortunately putting off for too long around the house. If I could give them more stars I would, 100 percent. Also it helps that they are kind and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Anything you need done around your house I highly suggest giving them a call. Top notch work at a great price.”

“First time reviewer. I recently got an audio system with tower speakers installed from these guys and I could not be more pleased. I already had most of the equipment which included a new fusion radio, an amp, 2 Rev 8 tower speakers with swivel clamp, and a dual battery system. I got a few quotes on the install, but Luk beat their prices and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. So I went with Incredible Touch German Upholstery and I am so glad I did! I was so nervous/excited about the install and Luk kept me updated every step of the way and the final product is perfection! Not only that, we were in a situation where we needed our boat back asap and Luk had it done in 3 days! Only thing I might have done differently is have Luk order my equipment for me bc a couple of my cords were too short for my boat. Finally, my dad needed a zipper fixed on his boat seat. They also had that done within a couple of days, the price was very reasonable, and of course, the zipper is perfect! I'm getting the ceramic coat on my boat next! If you are looking for audio install, upholstery needs, detailing... this is the place to go. Professional, reasonable, quality service!”
