“As I normally do not post reviews, I however feel it necessary to at least say that I was overly impressed with both the work and especially the customer service I was given when I brought in my Freightliner over a faulty air dryer and a very difficult to locate air leak. Why the five stars? Two reasons primarily. One, honesty. When I called for an update of the progress, they had mentioned that as they were a full service 24 hr truck towing and repair center, they had become overwhelmed the previous day but, would have my truck ready by the following morning. Sure enough, by 9am the next morning the work was done. Secondly, although a mechanic had mistakingly crossed my trailer airlines, they immediately corrected the issue and then apologized. This was, in my opinion, just as important in operating a business as not only had they owned up to the mistake, they made it right without any questions or comments. For these two reasons, and not to mention the cost for both parts and labor was much lower than if I had gone to the dealer, this driver will definitely be returning for any future maintenance. Thanks again guys for what you do and how you do it.”

“Honest, fast, trustworthy, competent repair center with reasonable prices. We broke down on our way through the state, and called to see if they had a diagnostic mechanic who could look at our van same day, if we had it towed in. Manager Todd said they would take us, and we arrived at around 3PM. Owner Matt and his mechanic (didn't get his name) found the electrical issue quickly, and we were in an out in an hour. Not only were they good at what they do, but they were very friendly, too. I would highly recommend this business to travelers and locals alike. The towing guy had great things to say about them, too.”

“I would highly recommend Braxton and his team to anyone that needs A/C repair or replacement. I used Prestige when my A/C unit needed to be replaced. Of the 4 contracting companies I called (1 of which is who my home warranty company, American Home Shield, sent out), Prestige gave me the fairest price. He walked me through exactly what all he would be replacing and updating, making me feel very comfortable with what all he would be doing. He came out on a Thursday and confirmed that my 25 year old unit did need to be replaced. He went above and beyond and offered to come out that Saturday on College Football Kick Off weekend and replace my unit. He and his team showed up promptly at 8:00 that Saturday and had our house cool again by 1:00pm. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future if I have AC issues again.”
