“Over the past few years I have used By George for most of their services, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work, nor their customer service. I have at various points had T-shirts made, clothing altered, and one time some friends from work and I all chipped in to get embroidered sweatshirts. The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable of their various crafts. The work they put into their T-shirts is incredible. They’ve even cleaned up an image for me to make a better shirt; the outfit that I had altered fits me better than any other clothing I’ve got, and the sweatshirts were the pride of our store employees and have lasted quite a while and withstood the rigors of retail work and everyday use surprisingly well. 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend.”

“Emily and Jeremy were so easy to work with! They are incredibly nice and helpful when my husband was looking into purchasing his first adult bike. They took the time to find the right bike for him. The bike he wanted in the color and size was not at that location but we ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered and ready by Friday.”

“The most amazing medical company I have ever had treat me. They are extremely professional and go beyond the extra mile for their patients. I wish I could be treated by them for all of my medical needs. I have never felt so cared for and important than the way everyone treated me. Even after you leave their facility, they are eager to help you with whatever they can. I feel truly lucky too have had my sleep study done at this facility... Truly!”

“I have been taking my dog here since she was born. She is now over a year old and this clinic is the only place we will go! The staff is so sweet and even my dog loves a trip to the vet! They are incredibly helpful. Whether it is a routine check-up, a scheduled surgery, or an emergency situation, they are ALWAYS there to help and provide my family with the utmost support and care. Their prices are reasonable and the receptionist goes over every charge with you so there are no hidden fees. The medical staff is so patient and takes time to listen to all of your concerns and offers the best advice. As a first-time dog owner, I couldn’t ask for a better support system, mentors, and health care!”

“So delighted to find this place. These may well be the best tacos in Shelby County. We didn't have a single taco we didn't like. I recommend eating all of them with a generous amount of salt added. If we had to choose, our favorites were roughly ranked in this descending order: Taco Mexicano (steak, carmelized onions, and spicy peppers) Al Pastor (pork and pineapple) Barbacoa (just add a little salt and it is great, doesn't even need salsa) Choriqueso (mexican sausage and cheese) Suadero Campechano Pollo Buche Carnitas The food is very authentic, they have their Al Pastor on a vertical spit over the grill, etc. Each meat was super flavorful, and uniquely seasoned, which brought out the depth and character of each meat. This is rare to see at a taco truck, especially one with as large a taco variety as this one. The tacos are a bit expensive and they are small sized, but it tastes like they use quality ingredients. I typically eat three tacos, or four if I am really hungry. Their Pollo Quesadilla is excellent too, grande sized, well seasoned, and with a nice mild salsa. The medium green sauce is the least spicy, with the red and yellow-green salsas being the hottest. I don't say this lightly, but the green sauce is some of the best salsa verde I have ever had. My favorite is to eat one bite of that, then one bite of the yellow salsa mixed with the red salsa, and repeat. Amazingly good. Also, the meat and veggies on some of their tacos are good enough to not even need salsa, which is impressive. I will say that I think their tortillas could be a little better, but great tortillas are really hard to pull off at a taco truck, so I get it. Overall, I would say this is an outstanding taco truck for the area, and I am delighted they are here. I'll be back for more! 😋”

“I attended the first live Sunday service since the COVID-19 pandemic began last weekend. Families were seated at least six feet from each other, and everyone was masked appropriately. Masks were provided for those who did not bring our own. The service was held outdoors in a beautiful pavilion. The pastor delivered a sermon that was both timely and timeless, giving hope in these difficult times. The music was stunningly beautiful, delivered by a single singer, but one who left us in tears of joy.”

“My Father , Ellison Jackson Johnson, served in the Marine Corps and On March 14 at 3 PM 1959 shot himself in the head with a target pistol. I was 5 years old. My Mom hid how he died from me until a few years ago. When I found his grave there, his headstone is down on the back fence section 8 jammed in next to 3 others. It has been sinking over these years and I had requested that something be done and got no reply. From the entrance If you turn left then left toward section 8 you will find "The branch with the black water", It is full of trash and debris. It has gotten worse each time that we come visit his grave. Why is there not a group to clean up this toxic waterway? Or Why can't the incarcerated clean up that branch? Why can't your company raise the markers so that they don't sink away. Thanks, (I'm sorry that I can't give you a better review but I can see that my Father's marker isn't the only one ) He has served this country, and was born and raised in Alabama and worked there at Hayes Aircraft many years. He lived on the Southside (the UAB campus is built on the property that his house sat on). 2/20/2019- This is my New Review I am changing it to 5 Stars with Mr R Shoemakers assurance that there is going to be an updated clean up in the near future of the water way and fence line on the Veterans side of the graveyard. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to him and his crew that raised my Father's marker. It will make my future visits so less hurtful.CJH Feb 20th 2019.Thanks again God Bless”
