The best experience I would say is when he took his time to drive the car and confirm I had a bearing going out (wheel) but he went above board and told me warranty would still cover that. Andrea S cut my brother's hair and she is so talented, professional, and nice. Alexa M cut my hair and she is also so talented, professional and nice too. And Debbie, one of the teachers, is also so talented, professional and nice too. Oh, and somehow, Alexa, Andrea, Faith, and Debbie all have such very attractive hand printing, like the sort of hand printing, perfect letters one might expect of an elementary school teacher, or an engineer. The folks at Paul Mitchell Birmingham deliver the kind of top quality service that just makes me and my brother feel good.
