“We got excellent service, and got an excellent technician , Jason Williams, who is extremely knowledgeable about all the sump pump system and the encapsulation system that had previously been done in this home. He did a thorough inspection of all the systems and took the extra time over the weekend ( he was off work ) to do a written report of his findings. He even took follow-up phone calls with much patience & great, helpful attitude. So much appreciated! Jason was very timely & communicated very well with us! The APS company was great in responding, pricing and has impressive employees. We had recently dealt with another Foundation company. The experience in trying to set up an inspection was amazingly difficult, so we called APS. It's because of that other Foundation company experience that we think its important to send a " pat on the back" for a great employee, Jason, as well as a professionally run company! Great job!”

“Gteat fenced-in, shady playground! Wheelchair accessible play structure. The firefighters weren't busy and let us see the trucks. Since my daughter is super sensitive, I wanted to show them to her before her party next week at the park. Call the chief before having a party there, even though they don't take reservations. There's a public restroom with air conditioning and a changing table.”

“When it became necessary to move my mother to Birmingham in 2021 after the death of my father, Shawn helped us choose an independent living community that fit her needs and her budget. He made phone calls for us, set up tours and met us at the community each time we visited until we made a decision. He saved me a lot of leg work and phone calls myself. He kept me and my family informed via phone and email and answered any questions that arose prior to move in. We were very pleased, and our family would definitely use Shawn again in the future, if needed. And the best part is that there is no charge/fee to the family or resident for his services. It was a very tough time for us and Shawn grabbed the reins for us and took a tremendous burden off our plates, and for that we are very grateful!”

“Fabulous place. Ive heard of concierge Doctors before but never had the pleasure of going to one. Between admin and medical staff both, Ive never felt so “at home” in a dr office. I was somewhat skeptical vs a few reviews I read but I like to see things for myself. “Trust but verify”. I’m so glad I did. From my first call to walking out after my first visit. Staff was so so nice and friendly. Welcoming caring and most of all empathetic. Not one time did I ever feel rushed at all. I walked out of there with a plan, not a plan I came up with (and chronic pain brothers and sisters, you know what I mean) but a plan Dr Mendoza and I talked through together. He sets realistic expectations, and he walked me through my situation one issue at a time. I didn’t walk out in any less physical pain, but just the shear plan to help me get back to normal was enough for my family and I to sleep like babies all in the same bed. Best sleep we all had in last 6 months. Sometimes compassion is all we need to keep hope alive, that’s exactly what I received from each employee at Vulcan. If your searching for someone to help when you feel your at your Witt's end, give this place a shot. You may have to wait a week or two for an appointment but i understand why after just 1 visit.”
