“First, the entire staff is phenomenal! I have made 5 or 6 visits and every time they are extremely courteous and helpful. I am not the most knowledgeable about cars and not only do they give me the information that I need to complete the job, but on two occasions they have given me detailed instructions to complete the task. Tonight was the most recent experience. My 2010 Camry needed coils and plugs. Between Jessica and the Parts Manager (forgive me, but her name has escaped me), they made sure that I had the correct parts without paying more than I needed to. Knowing that I had no idea how do the job. Zach took the time to walk me through removing the plugs and coils and made sure that I was comfortable before he let me go. He even followed up after I was done to make sure that I did not make an error. This is the attention to detail that has made me a dedicated AutoZone customer. I hope that this reaches the right people and that this store is given an accommodation of some sort, because they deserve it. Josh”

“Being my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon entering! The store was clean and neat, I needed help finding a product, and a very nice gentleman working gladly stopped and walked me to the appropriate aisle, pointed out what they had, and told me when their next truck came in! Upon finishing my shopping, I got in line, which was short, and the cashier asked had I found everything I needed. While she checked my things, she signed me up for an Ollie's membership, so it was quick and easy to save even more! She was pleasant throughout and even told me a good place to pick up lunch! I thought the overall selection was AMAZING, and will definitely be doing A LOT of my Christmas shopping at Ollie's!”

“We always have a good experience here, but tonight I went with my children (one of them being a very picky 8 year old) and the 2 ladies working, I believe one was a manager, gave absolutely exceptional service. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted to eat, as well as made the rest of my order perfect. It was probably the best we’ve been treated at any food establishment. Very thankful this is our “home” subway!”

“Good god, if you need tires in a pinch… GO SEE WITT!!! His shop is a small little joint, but that man slings tires like a mad man. His wife was SO nice, polite, and happy to see me even though they were absolutely swamped. She got me written up, he got my tires mounted and balanced, and had me out the door within 30 minutes. Those two make a perfect team. I live 2hrs away from Witt’s shop and will gladly make the drive when I’m in need of tires again. AND wait in line with a smile because the customer service and tire service is THAT GOOD. Thank you guys for your help! I hope this review will help them out. People who work that hard are SO rare nowadays. Witt’s beats any tire shop I’ve ever come across. Again, thank you for everything!”
