“In the past, buying a car has always been an unpleasant experience for me, with over zealous sales people, number games and just an overall feeling of dishonesty. In light of this, I don't even know where to begin in describing how different Hyundai of Jasper is. My husband and I purchased a car from them, and within the first week discovered some problems. I immediately thought this would turn into a nightmare situation. But boy was I wrong! Not only were they completely understanding, every single person at the dealership from the Service Advisor, all the way up to Mr. Callahan, the owner, went above and beyond to make the situation right, and to make sure we were satisfied customers. It Is so out of the ordinary of what most people experience with car dealerships, that as I have shared my story with friends and family, all I get is jaws dropping in disbelief. I could rattle off a long list of companies that just in the last two years have offered such horrible (I would say nonexistent) customer service, that this experience single-handedly has restored my faith in humanity. It was as if we were transported back to a time when people truly cared about their customers. That is very unusual these days. I need to specifically call out the team there...Katrina, Sam, Steve, John and Mr. Callahan are top notch, professional, caring and so personable that it feels more like visiting with old friends rather making a business deal. More companies should take notes on how to gain customers for life from Hyundai of Jasper. We will never buy a car anywhere else, and we will spread the word of this gem of a dealership far and wide. We were huddling under the eaves of this church, escaping a rain storm, trying to schelp our groceries home. Our car is in the shop and we bit off more than we could chew by trying to walk to the store and back. My partner and I are in our late 50s and our health is not so great, so the walk home was daunting. Bob introduced himself and imminently offered to drive us home. What a great guy!!!! Thank you so much!!!! Also, thanks to the kind woman who asked if we needed help!! That was so appreciated! This is Christianity at its best. I don’t think we are angels in disguise, but if we were, without a doubt, members of this congregation stood up and did the thing God loves best.
