Amazing shop! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I love what the new owners have done with the shop. It's the only place I will get my hair cut. I make a special trip to Anchorage just for their service. ❤️
They are so accommodating!! Unbelievable service from the phone call to the make an appointment to the amazing hairstylist! I always feel like a rock star when I leave there!
I won't go anywhere else. All the ladies are very good at their jobs.
I always love my experience with Alyssa at the Loft. She is an amazing stylist and is fantastic at what she does. She listens to you intently and asks any questions she may have so she can give you exactly what you want. She is very welcoming and I always feel comfortable in her chair. I haven't been disappointed with my hair since I've had Alyssa start doing it. I do and will continue to recommend her to people.
