(March 7, 2014, 4:32 pm)I recently called to get a quote from Allstate at Kelly Snodgrass's Dowling location. Mindy, who gave me the quote, was very friendly and the quote took just a few minutes to do. The rates were actually better than what I am paying now, so I will be switching over when my policy expires next month. The office is really close to my house, which makes it very convenient.
