(October 25, 2019, 12:53 pm)I have been doing CrossFit at Redox for almost 2 yrs. Am 62 years old and recently broke my ankle in 3 places requiring surgery (DID NOT BREAK DOING CROSSFIT!) I am aiming to recover and return to CrossFit. There is not a motion I have to do in my life now on crutches and scooter that I am not aware of, and thankful for the benefits of CrossFit. I am stronger and more flexible in ways that have made getting around so much easier. CrossFit at Redox has always met me where I am at physically, and safely guided me to challenge myself and improve. The results are that while having to move around during medical exams and treatment, various medical providers have commented on my mobility. Thank you Redox CrossFit!

(March 8, 2019, 11:53 pm)Was visiting family in Anchorage last week, and needed a spot to do 19.2. I lucked into Redox Crossfit - great facility, great coaching, great community. All of the logistics (payment, sign-up, etc.) was smooth and flawless. Looking forward to spending more time at Redox on my next visit.

(October 10, 2018, 8:34 pm)I was in Alaska for a 6 week internship and made the best decision to attend Redox gym during that time. I was very impressed with the coaches, their coaching and motivation. They have a great, clean facility with quality equipment. I miss this place and wish there were more gyms in the lower 48 like this! You won't regret attending!
