Concentra Urgent Care

Everyone was professional and courteous. I saw the NP . I saw them for a DOT physical. In and out quickly once I got all the paperwork done. They were a pleasure.

Dr. Coverdell has been our family physician for many years and has always provided excellent care. The staff there is friendly and efficient. The only downside is that they don't bill our secondary insurance, which is very inconvenient for us.

Dr. Pressman is the best! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares for her patients. We moved to Anchorage several years ago but still drive back to Eagle River to see her when we need a Primary Care physician.

I called right after opening on a Sunday. Alyssa promptly found me in the system and within minutes had sent me and email to update patient information. I was given a variety of options for appointment times. The TeleHealth visit with Dr. Coverdell was quick and easy. He was very friendly! I was warned ahead of time about possible wait times since it was the weekend and I didn’t have an appointment scheduled previously but the wait was never long.

Over the past years, my family has been seen by several of the Doctors at Primary Care Assoc in Eagle River and they have all been amazing. They offer continuity of care for scheduled appts and during those Walk In appts as well. The doctors and staff are attentive, kind and very skilled. And they offer office hours that accommodate the busy family. Highly recommend
